There is now a WhatsApp feature that several users have been waiting for. The site said last month that users would be able can hide their online status while utilizing the app.
According to India Today, the instant messaging app reportedly said that the function would soon be made formally available.
On WhatsApp, it will be simple to hide your online status, and the option will be available on both iOS and Android.
Click the three vertical dots in the top right corner of the app after opening it. Navigate to settings and select Account. When there, select Privacy.
Find two additional options after selecting Last Seen: My Contacts no One. When you choose My Contacts, your online status will be shown, and you may decide who can view it.
The user who hides his online status will also be unable to see other users' online statuses, similar to the Last Seen feature.
